Notice is hereby given of an Annual General Meeting of Jordanhill Out of School Service on Monday 18 November 2024 at 7.30pm at Jordanhill School Out of School Service, Jordanhill Parish Church, 28 Woodend Drive, G13 1QT.
Please note the following: Special Resolution, Proposed new Memorandum and Articles of Association (to enable the smoother running of the Board of Directors/Trustees) and the Agenda.
In order to pass the resolution to make changes to the Articles we need the meeting to be quorate so please make an effort to come along.
We will be serving refreshments, welcoming new Directors to the Board and thanking those who are demitting office.
It will also be the last AGM of JOSS (if we are quorate) as part of the changes to the Articles means that we will no longer hold them.

We recently hosted a Halloween disco. The children all looked fabulous in their costumes; they danced the day away. There was a DJ, tuck shop, balloons and spooky decorations all around. The children had a great time and were all partied out by the end of it.
